The Application is intended for users of all ages. Users under the age of 13 should use the Application under parental supervision. By using the Application, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that a parent or guardian has agreed on your behalf.
All content in the Application, including but not limited to:
is the intellectual property of Cre8 Labs and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept that advertisements are part of the service. Ad content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

The Application does not currently offer in-app purchases. All game content is accessible through gameplay and optional rewarded advertisements. If in-app purchases are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
All game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not provide cloud save functionality. You are responsible for your own game data. Game data may be lost if you:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
