By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using Kokoro no Nikki ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Cre8 Labs ("we", "us", or "our").
Kokoro no Nikki is a Japanese-inspired journaling application with AI-powered features. The Application allows you to:
The Application is available on iOS and Android platforms. It functions primarily offline, with optional cloud synchronization when an internet connection is available.
Some features are available to all users for free, while premium features require an active subscription (see Section 7).
The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older. By creating an account and using the Application, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should use the Application under parental or guardian supervision.
If you are under 13 years of age, you may not create an account or use the Application.
To use the Application, you must create an account. Account creation is available through the following methods:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the Application's Settings. Account deletion will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers. Data stored locally on your device will remain until you uninstall the Application or clear its data.
All content in the Application, including but not limited to:
is the intellectual property of Cre8 Labs and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
The 7-day free trial provides full access to all premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the selected plan's price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your current period expires.
We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they handle all payment processing:
You retain full ownership of all content you create within the Application, including journal entries, voice recordings, and any other personal content ("User Content").
We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. Your journal entries are your personal property.
By using the Application, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Application's features, including:
We do not use your User Content for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Application's services to you.
The Application uses artificial intelligence to analyze the emotional content of your journal entries and provide insights. It is important that you understand the following:
Voice transcription is provided as a convenience feature and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any transcription errors.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We do not guarantee that the Application will be free of bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities, or that the AI features will produce accurate results at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cre8 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Our total liability for any claims related to the Application shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding, modifying, or removing features, including premium features. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page to reflect the date of the most recent changes. For material changes, we may also notify you through the Application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

本規約は、お客様とCre8 Labs（以下「当社」「私たち」または「弊社」）との間の法的な合意を構成します。
Kokoro no Nikkiは、AI機能を搭載した日本文化にインスパイアされたジャーナルアプリケーションです。本アプリケーションでは以下のことが可能です：
本アプリケーションはiOSおよびAndroidプラットフォームで利用可能です。主にオフラインで機能し、インターネット接続が利用可能な場合にオプションでクラウド同期を行います。
